Hello everyone, I'm Azadeh, also known as Azi. With nearly a decade of experience as a psychotherapist, I've worked with clients of diverse ages and backgrounds. My focus is on assisting individuals dealing with anxiety and depression, guiding them to discover their inner strength for a happier self.

I work with individuals, couples, and families without judgment. I provide tools to manage symptoms while also exploring their root causes to facilitate healing. I believe our emotions and the way we connect to people in the world around us significantly impacts our overall health and longevity. We often aren't taught how to manage the stressors in our lives, but I am here to help.

About Me

Outside of the therapy room, I love to cook (especially Mexican food as I am half Latina!), travel (I LOVE diving), and spend time with my two children and our golden retriever, Poe!
