Touraj Afshar

Touraj is a bilingual therapist fluent in English and Farsi, and the founder of Yarra Holistic Healing Centre in Melbourne. With over twenty years of experience, he provides a wide range of therapeutic services including psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), as well as family, couples, and marriage consultations.

Touraj is dedicated to helping clients overcome unwanted behaviors and unhealthy emotions, empowering them to achieve their personal and relational goals. He offers a 30-minute complimentary consultation, giving potential clients the opportunity to determine if his approach and services align with their needs.
