Here's a refined version of your message that highlights your approach, experience, and the unique aspects you bring to therapy:

You Don’t Have to Navigate Your Struggles Alone

Our struggles and pain can thrive in isolation, but you don't have to face them alone. My approach to therapy is gentle, affirming, and collaborative. Guided by a trauma-informed philosophy, I view therapy as a partnership where trust and healing are co-created.

Therapy requires vulnerability and courage; it taps into and tests our innate strengths. The process can be challenging, and our capacity for facing these challenges can vary from session to session. My priority is to check in regularly and move at a pace that feels accessible to you. This means that sometimes we may need to slow down, while at other times, I might offer a gentle nudge towards critical self-reflection.

I approach therapy as a human first and therapist second. As a first-generation Iranian cisgender woman raised in the U.A.E., my identity has been shaped by Iranian, Arab, and American cultures. This multicultural background often provides a supportive presence, especially for clients from the SWANA region (Middle East). Additionally, as a yoga teacher, I am deeply aware of the interplay between mind and body in the therapy room.

Life transitions, trauma, sociopolitical turmoil, immigration stressors, and relational or mood struggles are all part of the human experience. Balancing our values and goals, staying connected to our community and culture, and managing daily routines while navigating life's hardships can be overwhelming in isolation. Remember, there is support available.

If you’re ready to explore therapy in a supportive and understanding environment, I invite you to reach out.
