Hello, I’m Safoora Sepehri. I hold a PhD in Psychology from Shahid Beheshti University (National University) and an MA in Psychoanalytic Studies from Birkbeck University, London. With over a decade of experience as an individual and couple psychodynamic psychotherapist, I am dedicated to helping clients uncover and address the hidden and unconscious causes of their pain and discomfort.

In psychodynamic therapy, we focus on exploring the underlying issues that contribute to your current struggles. The goal is to identify and resolve these deep-seated causes to alleviate ongoing problems. This approach involves working through conflicting feelings and desires in a safe and supportive environment, helping you discover and address the root of your issues.
