As a professor of psychology and a registered psychotherapist (Qualifying), I specialize in assessing and treating a variety of mental health and relational issues. My expertise includes working with individuals experiencing attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, overthinking, anger management, traumatic and adverse childhood experiences, stress management, and more. I also offer counseling for couples and partners experiencing conflicts, pre-marriage and marriage assessments, relationship problems and breakups, parenting challenges, parent education, parent-teen conflicts, issues related to children and divorce, personality assessments and difficulties, as well as low self-esteem and self-confidence.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Adlerian deep psychology and counseling. I emphasize the importance of beliefs, relationship analysis, problem-solving skills, and overall life satisfaction and happiness.

In addition to my clinical work, I have published over 90 peer-reviewed articles and books focusing on ADHD treatment, anxiety, marriage, relationships, parenting, and parent-child dynamics. I have been honored with the "Diplomate in Adlerian Psychology Award," the highest level of professional accomplishment in Adlerian Psychology, counseling, psychotherapy, and clinical practice.
