My goal is to help you discover effective ways to manage and overcome these challenges.

• Personalized Support: With over ten years of experience, I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, addressing a range of issues including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, bipolar disorders, personality disorders, self-esteem issues, and crisis management.
