Maryam Mirahmadi

I believe that we are relational beings, and the pathway to healing often lies through connection. Together, we can explore how our experiences influence our current relationships with others and ourselves. My role is to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can express yourself authentically. From this place, we can uncover blind spots, examine coping strategies, and start healing on a nervous system level.

I use a combination of play therapy, parts work, and trauma-informed practices in my work with children, teens, adults, and families. My areas of specialization include LGBTQAI+ affirming care, body-focused repetitive behaviors such as trichotillomania and excoriation disorder, autism spectrum disorder, intergenerational trauma, anxiety, and grief.
