About Me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPQ) with more than 15 years of experience in mental health, working with adults, couples, and children. Additionally, I am an art therapist in Quebec (Montreal). I am well-versed in various therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamics, CBT, mindfulness, art therapy, emotionally focused therapy, attachment-based therapy, and humanistic approaches. My practice is client-centered, ensuring a compassionate and safe therapeutic environment tailored to meet your unique needs and goals for optimal results.

My Background

My journey in mental health began in Iran, where I worked as a medical doctor and psychiatrist. During this time, I gained extensive experience in assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and psychotherapy with a diverse population. After moving to Canada, I furthered my training in art therapy and continued to work in the field of psychotherapy, bringing a rich background of advanced training in psychotherapy, psychiatry, and medicine.
