Francine Lyle

As a psychotherapist with a Master’s degree and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to the unique needs of each client. My approach is collaborative, practical, and personalized. I believe that people naturally have an incredible capacity for change when provided with the right supportive environment. Often, we are held back by our core limiting beliefs, and by bringing attention to our repetitive behavioral patterns, we can identify areas where we feel "stuck" and are constrained by these core beliefs. My goal is to help clients create space for new possibilities and ways of living by challenging these limiting beliefs together.

From my experience, I know that many people seek therapy to better understand themselves and gain a deeper insight into their reasons for being, their specific traits, and the recurring patterns in their personal relationships. This understanding can also manifest in physical symptoms. Understanding the "why" can be the first step towards liberation, helping us move to the next stage of breaking free from these patterns. My goal is to support clients on this journey. My academic background in law, neuropsychology, and the study of human behavior has fueled my passion for helping individuals gain a deeper self-awareness in both mind and body.
