With decades of experience as a clinical and school social worker, I have dedicated my career to supporting K-12 students and their families through various emotional and behavioral challenges. My background includes working in day treatment programs, residential placements for children and adolescents, and with juvenile delinquents facing significant difficulties.

• ADHD/Executive Function Deficits (EFD): I have extensive experience in working with individuals with ADHD and Executive Function Deficits, providing guidance and strategies tailored to their unique needs.
• Trauma and Behavioral Challenges: My work has involved supporting traumatized children and adolescents, as well as working with sex offenders. I am skilled in navigating complex emotional landscapes and fostering recovery.
• Presentations and Recognition: I have delivered local, state, and national presentations on ADHD/EFD, Depression Awareness & Prevention, and Bullying. In 2011, I was honored with the "Social Worker of the Year" nomination by the Fairfax County Association of School Social Workers.
