I am an RCC with over 14 years of experience in the field, offering in-person sessions in Vancouver and online therapy in both Farsi and English. My areas of practice include trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem/self-image, perfectionism, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, sleep issues, burnout/stress management, life transitions, and relationship issues. I have extensive experience working with clients dealing with severe mental health issues and am trained in suicide/crisis/self-harm behavior assessment, intervention, and treatment.

I take a holistic approach to therapy, exploring emotional, mental, physical, societal, and spiritual aspects together. I meet you where you are and use a combination of modalities, such as CBT, CBT-I, IFS, ERP, and mindfulness, tailored to your individual needs. I take an attachment and emotion-focused lens to therapy and am a certified EMDR therapist. I work collaboratively with you to plan and support your progress toward your life goals.

Having immigrated to Canada as a youth, I understand firsthand the challenges and stressors of acculturation.
