I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families to address and resolve relational difficulties with partners, children, and parents, as well as to navigate family changes and transitions. I also support clients in managing symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and grief. As a Prepare and Enrich facilitator, I assist couples in preparing for their marital relationship.
Additionally, I work with multicultural and multiracial families facing challenges related to raising children in a multicultural household or navigating relationship dynamics influenced by cultural and racial differences.
My role as a therapist is to create a safe, calm, and supportive environment to facilitate change. I believe therapy offers individuals an opportunity to grow, heal, and gain insight. The therapeutic process with me is collaborative, encouraging, and empowering.
