Hello! I am currently a Master's level intern student, completing my internship as a Resident Therapist at Alli Therapy, a virtual platform. I work with a diverse population of individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and other mental health disorders. My specialization lies in cultural identity and trauma resulting from early life experiences. Acknowledging that you may be struggling with your mental health is a brave first step. You are here to embark on a journey toward becoming the best version of yourself, focusing on understanding that the problem lies not within you, but with the problem itself.
