About Me:

As a Senior Accredited Specialist in Sex and Relationship Therapy, I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to my practice. My journey began as a medical professional, transitioning to specialize in sex and relationship psychotherapy. I earned a PhD from Cambridge University and have been actively practicing since 2002, including private practice since 2009, and roles with the NHS (2012–2020) and Relate (2015–2020).

My approach is both person-centred and holistic. This means I prioritize your unique experiences and needs, considering all aspects of your life, including medical history and family situation. Together, we work towards achieving your personal and relational goals.
