As a psychologist, my goal is to support you in addressing challenges that disrupt your emotions, behaviors, or thoughts. My experience as a university counselor for international students has enabled me to work with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures. This experience, coupled with work in a psychiatric ward and an addiction clinic, has honed my skills in dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship problems, panic attacks, and cultural shock.

As an immigrant myself, I empathize with the struggles and successes of other immigrants and foreigners. If you are grappling with internal conflicts or facing challenges in a new location, I am here to help. I am currently based at Soulwell Clinic in Budapest (soulwell.hu), where we can arrange meetings either online or in-person.

My Approach

Creating a meaningful therapeutic relationship is crucial. My aim is to help you feel safe and comfortable so that you can express your feelings and concerns. We will focus on helping you experience emotions rather than avoiding them, with the goal of facilitating significant and swift change.

I am currently undergoing supervised training in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP). Despite my formal training, I may incorporate tools and techniques from other approaches based on your needs.
