Every human being experiences some form of hurt, which often manifests as challenges such as depression, anxiety, or other barriers to personal development and achieving one\u2019s potential. Therapy offers a unique relationship where clients can accept and value themselves, fostering personal growth and self-actualization. As a senior counsellor and supervisor in the NHS, I specialize as a Person-Centred and Emotion-Focused (PCE-CFD) therapist for individuals and couples. I offer a safe, non-judgmental, and nurturing space where you can explore various aspects of your life.<\/p>\n

My experience includes working with clients facing cultural barriers, loss, PTSD, trauma, cancer, sexual or domestic abuse, suicidal ideation, anxiety, and depression. At the beginning of our therapeutic relationship, establishing a safe framework is crucial. I believe that the quality of the relationship between client and therapist is the most important element of effective psychotherapy.<\/p>\n
