I provide therapy in both English and Farsi, utilizing an integrative approach to address each client&#8217;s unique needs. My extensive background includes Humanistic, Psychoanalytic, Existential, and Cognitive Behavioral approaches, with a particular focus on CBT and Cross-Cultural therapy.<\/p>\n<p>As a cross-cultural therapist, I specialize in supporting individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds, including those in mixed cultural relationships or navigating identity challenges within different cultures. My expertise extends to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, advanced-level Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cross-Cultural therapy, effectively addressing issues such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, anger management, relationship problems, confidence, phobias, OCD, personality disorders, sexual abuse, bereavement, and addiction.<\/p>\n<p>In my role as a clinical supervisor, I guide students and colleagues, fostering their professional development.
