My belief is that each individual possesses the strengths and wisdom needed to overcome difficulties, and the right therapeutic support can enhance these capabilities.<\/p>\n<p>In my practice, I employ an integrative therapeutic framework that combines psychodynamic, relational, and behavioral theories, including mindfulness and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). This approach helps clients develop new skills and insights, aiding in their healing journey and enhancing their overall quality of life.<\/p>\n<p>I work with adolescents, adults, and couples, addressing a full spectrum of mental health and relationship issues. My specialization includes treating sexual health concerns and providing support to the LGBTQ community. I offer a supportive and culturally sensitive setting, welcoming individuals from all backgrounds and beliefs.<\/p>\n<p>My educational background includes a doctorate from Suffolk University in Boston, MA, and a pre-doctoral internship at Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, CT.
