As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Newport Beach, CA, with over a decade of experience in outpatient counseling, crisis intervention, and Therapeutic-Day Treatment, I am deeply committed to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life\u2019s challenges and foster meaningful change.<\/p>\n

I am particularly passionate about supporting young adult women through various life transitions, including issues related to anxiety, depression, chronic pain, grief, and burnout from school or work. My specialized focus includes assisting new moms with perinatal mood disorders and utilizing EMDR techniques for trauma-related concerns.<\/p>\n

My approach is compassionate and strength-based, emphasizing a non-judgmental and supportive environment. I value diversity and am especially dedicated to serving immigrant individuals, couples, and families, as well as the LGBTQ+ community.
