I hold an MA in Counseling Psychology from Texas Woman\u2019s University, where I gained specialization in various treatment modalities. I have experience working with clients presenting symptoms of depression, anxiety, bipolar and personality disorders, life adjustment stressors, trauma, and more.<\/p>\n<p>As a counselor, I utilize practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Existential Therapy, and solution- and strength-focused therapies to support my clients as they navigate challenges in their lives.<\/p>\n<p>My practice is grounded in safety, compassion, and understanding to the highest degree, with aims to create a healing space for each unique individual.
