Everyone needs somebody to lean on. But what happens when the pressure is too much or goes unnoticed? I see it, I acknowledge the weight and sacrifice. Often, humans just need a little validation\u2014a reminder that they matter and their efforts mean something. I’ve observed that the people with the biggest hearts suffer the most, out of protection for others, and unfortunately put their own quality of life on the backburner. I remind my clients of the beauty of their own hearts, their innate potential, and the power of self-worth. We have one life to live; why not truly live it?<\/p>\n

I offer a safe place where your privacy is of the utmost importance, so there is no fear of letting it all out. This is a place that is all about you, with no comparisons. I focus on solutions, action, and change, and I also offer EMDR therapy. I want to bring out the best version of you, celebrate you, and sit with you during the hard times.<\/p>\n

I decided to commit my life to this field for a reason. All I want to do is be there for you, like I needed in my life at one point but didn’t want to burden anyone. I am here to break that cycle. Know that there is no judgment when you see me because I understand the strength it takes to reach out and confront what you’ve held onto.<\/p>\n
