My focus as a therapist is on the social-emotional development of children and adolescents in fun, safe, and engaging ways! I integrate art, meditation, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and interactive games into sessions.<\/p>\n

Young children and adolescents often struggle with the more “traditional” models of therapy. While talking and processing emotions are an important part of the work, it is equally important to be engaged and learning! My services are all about making therapy fun and relatable, and most importantly, meeting young people where they are at!<\/p>\n

I have extensive experience working with young children, adolescents, and young adults in schools, group homes, therapeutic programs, and private practice settings.
