Individual and Family Therapy Services<\/strong><\/p>\n

I offer therapeutic services for children, adolescents, young adults, and parents, focusing on both individual and family needs. My strength-based approach is rooted in the belief that everyone\u2014regardless of age\u2014has internal resources to meet challenges. Sometimes, we just need support to discover, access, and develop those resources.<\/p>\n

I work with children and youth to navigate relationships, cope with anxiety or depression, and manage the demands of everyday life. My goal is to help clients build resilience by understanding their feelings, communicating their needs, seeing situations from new perspectives, and developing problem-solving skills to address difficulties.<\/p>\n

For young children, I collaborate closely with parents to enhance parenting skills and strengthen parent-child relationships, ensuring a supportive environment at home.<\/p>\n

Currently, I am not accepting new clients for testing or evaluations. However, I do have a limited number of in-person therapy appointments available in Wayne, PA for new therapy clients.<\/p>\n
