I believe therapy is about change. My mission as a therapist is to help my clients find their way to creating balance and joy in their daily life. I believe all people have the ability to build a strong, healthy, and peaceful self. I specialize in treating such issues, among others, as anxiety, depression, trauma, anger management, relationship issues, parenting, marriage counseling, pre-marriage counseling, and divorce. In addition, I have substantial experience in substance abuse treatment.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Depending on your needs, I utilize such treatment approaches as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy\/DBT, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused, Emotionally-Focused, Positive Psychology, Strength-based, and coaching to help you build more robust coping skills.
