Meet Reza Roodi<\/h3>\n

As a Registered Clinical Counsellor\/Psychotherapist with 25 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families, I use a client-centred, integrative approach to address the therapeutic goals of clients. No one should be defined by their diagnoses. Rather than placing emphasis on what is not working, I collaborate with clients to determine what actions can be taken to improve their circumstances.<\/p>\n

All individuals exist along their own continuum of mental health, and with adequate supports and a focus on holistic well-being, every client can be nurtured towards growth and a healthier sense of self. I work with clients in a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment to support the deconstruction of self-stigma, labeling, and shame that often accompany mental health issues. My aim is to encourage clients towards a deeper understanding of their challenges while learning to utilize these challenges as a catalyst for growth and transformation.<\/p>\n
