With years of experience, I have worked extensively with trauma (developmental, single episode, attachment, sexual, domestic violence, and partner abuse), parenting challenges, depression, and anxiety. Over the years, I have developed an eclectic approach, integrating various modalities such as CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Attachment Theory, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Family Systems, EMDR, EFT, IFS, and Play Therapy to effectively support my clients.<\/p>\n
