As my teacher would say, “Our stories might vary, but in the realm of feelings, there is no discrimination.” We all experience a spectrum of emotions and face ups and downs. Sometimes, we need each other to stand tall amidst chaos\u2014by being received, heard, and understood. Other times, we must explore the root causes of our pain.<\/p>\n

With seven years of local and international experience in mental health, including roles as an addiction counselor and primary clinician in an inpatient trauma program, I have supported individuals through a range of concerns such as trauma, addiction, and mood disorders.<\/p>\n
