Clients seek me out for my unique approach as a psychotherapist and marriage and family therapist, utilizing a systemic lens. I view challenges not in isolation but within the broader context of relationships. Whether dealing with personal issues like depression and anxiety or navigating complex marital and family dynamics, my clients are empowered to gain a holistic and systemic understanding of their concerns. Together, we craft practical solutions and develop tailored strategies to address their needs effectively.<\/p>\n

Systemic ideology is deeply ingrained in my worldview and practice, as reflected in my diverse clinical experience across Iran, the United States, and Canada. This global perspective enriches my work with individuals, couples, and families, allowing me to address a wide range of challenges within diverse populations effectively.<\/p>\n

I earned my BA in Education and MA in Psychology-Family Therapy in Iran before pursuing my Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy at Virginia Tech in the United States. During my doctoral studies, I completed an internship at Indiana University School of Medicine as a Behavioral Science Doctoral Intern and Visiting Lecturer. In 2018, my family and I relocated, bringing this wealth of experience to my current practice.<\/p>\n
