I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS), an innovative and transformative therapeutic model for the emotional healing of eating disorders, addiction, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties.<\/p>\n

We often experience conflicting emotions, like wanting to indulge in food while also wanting to lose weight. IFS describes these emotions as parts of our internal emotional family. When this family is upset, it reacts, causing emotional distress or physical illness. However, we have the inherent ability to heal ourselves.<\/p>\n
