In individual and group therapy, I use CBT, EFT, ACT,<\/em><\/strong><strong><em> Transactional analysis(TA) and psychodrama approaches that have been proven to speed recovery.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>People seeking counseling are healthy individuals who are currently going through a difficult time in their lives.
