I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of Laurie Todd, LPC-S, in the state of Texas. I hold an MA in Counseling Psychology from Texas Woman’s University, where I gained specialization in various treatment modalities. I have experience working with clients presenting symptoms of depression, anxiety, bipolar and personality disorders, life adjustment stressors, trauma, and more.
As a counselor, I utilize practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Existential Therapy, and solution- and strength-focused therapies to support my clients as they navigate challenges in their lives.
