I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and a certified EMDR therapist (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). My cultural background gives me a unique perspective on immigrant and second-generation issues. My trauma service approach provides a safe space to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and grief. I have extensive experience working with Family Systems Theory and Interpersonal Relationship Conflict, offering a non-judgmental, confidential environment to strengthen family relationships.
