I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and a certified EMDR therapist (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). My cultural background gives me a unique perspective on immigrant and second-generation issues. My trauma service approach provides a safe space to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and grief. I have extensive experience working with Family Systems Theory and Interpersonal Relationship Conflict, offering a non-judgmental, confidential environment to strengthen family relationships. As a workshop facilitator, I address all aspects of mental, emotional, and social values.

I help explore feelings of anger, shame, and guilt and their impact on your life. I am an approved counsellor for providing psychological treatments to individuals injured in car accidents (ICBC) and work accidents (WCB) in English, Farsi, and Dari.
