Many are addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, or strained relationships with family, partners, or friends. I particularly enjoy supporting individuals from immigrant backgrounds as they navigate complex, intersecting identities and their impact on both personal and professional spheres. I offer therapy in both English and Persian (Farsi).

I also specialize in working with couples who feel stuck or struggle with communication, particularly when trauma or PTSD is involved. I find it rewarding to assist couples dealing with challenges related to family integration or cultural differences, aiming to foster understanding and harmony in their relationships.
