I help clients develop a healthy relationship with themselves and cultivate self-empathy, so they can see themselves as calm, whole, and secure individuals. I understand that no single approach is right for everyone. That’s why I’ve integrated everything I’ve learned into a comprehensive mind-body approach to trauma therapy.
I am a registered counselor, a certified virtual heartfulness practitioner, and a certified virtual breathwork facilitator based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. I work with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, multicultural therapy, body image, boundaries, gender, and women’s health.
