About Me

With a foundation in clinical psychology, my journey of exploration and discovery began, fueled by a deep curiosity about the human mind and its complexities. My undergraduate and master’s degrees in clinical psychology were completed at Shiraz University in Iran. Over the past seven years, I have gained experience in clinical psychology, counseling, and teaching various psychological topics at two universities.

To broaden my horizons, I ventured into research and joined the Max Planck Institute for Human Development in Berlin, Germany, as a PhD candidate specializing in the psychology of lifespan development.

I am thrilled to be a part of the "Life is Complex" team, where I support you on your path to mental health and personal growth.
