Using a combination of trauma and mindfulness-informed cognitive therapies, such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy), we can continue your healing journey by exploring body-mind therapies. My approach also includes emotion-focused and somatic processing techniques.
