My practice has evolved over time, always maintaining a focus on trauma. I work with clients ranging from children as young as four to adults of any age. I have extensive experience with EMDR, IFS, IFIO, and Clinical Hypnosis, which enables me to address a variety of client needs. As a psychologist, I believe in treating the individual as a whole person to achieve good mental health. I integrate both mind and body into my practice to help clients overcome depression, anxiety, grief, stress, mood disorders, and PTSD. I also proudly offer NeurOptimal Neurofeedback for brain training.

Past experiences and burdens can make individuals feel the past in the present. I genuinely believe that the parts of us burdened with pain and trauma can be liberated and realigned using IFS and IFIO. By applying EMDR, I help clients replace unwanted thoughts and emotions with healthier ones, fostering lasting change.

With my specialized training in Clinical Hypnosis, I assist clients in reaching a more relaxed state of mind, accessing unconscious memories, and accepting positive suggestions.
