I have been involved in the counseling field for over 36 years, bringing a wealth of experience working with youth, families, and individuals. I provide individual counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Additionally, I offer family counseling, including premarital counseling, couples counseling, family conflict resolution, and family communication improvement. My goal is to help you address personal, educational, and professional challenges by identifying and accessing your internal resources to increase resilience, explore solutions, and regain a sense of power and control over your life.

As an immigrant, I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges immigrants may face after moving away from their home country. Without the support of an established network of friends and family, issues such as cultural identity, workplace problems, and strained family relationships can lead to feelings of anger, disappointment, and hopelessness.
